Return Policy

   If your replica watch has reached your address damaged and/or broken, we can offer the following routes:

• you can exchange the item for another one, or it can be repaired
• you may return it within 14 days of delivery (in unused condition and original packaging).    
     When there is no quality issue, the return shipping fee would be at your charge and you would be applied a USD $30 repacking fee per item. 
     When returns for defective reasons, please kindly send us pictures of the spotted defects to allow us to validate the fact it is a defective product. Once we have validated that it is a defective item, we will provide you with a shipping address to return the products. Please kindly note that shipping fee would be at your charge. A compensation will be offered for those shipping costs. Please also note that returns for defective reasons will be exchanged to the same model.

How to exchange/return products:

1. within 14 business days of arrival your request.

2. Please provide the following information
a. Your full name and address
b. the PI Number
c. the date the order was received.
d. the list of the Watches to be exchanged.
e. The reason why your Rolex watch knockoffs or other Knockoffs are being returned.

3. Upon receipt of your request, our Customer Service Department will provide you with RMA (Return Merchandise Agreement) number. This RMA number should be referred to for any future correspondence involving this return.

4. Once you receive this RMA, please ship back your package to the return address indicated on the RMA.

5. Please email us with a tracking number of your return

6. As soon as we receive your return package, our Shipping Department will process your replacement and you will receive a new tracking number to monitor your shipment until it reaches you.

IMPORTANT:
Please kindly keep in mind that you purchased replicas, and not genuine watches! Although our replicas are 99% similar to the originals, there are still some minor differences. Otherwise we would advertise genuine watches!

Please kindly note that to exchange the watches you will need to ship them back on your expense with a courier.

Please note the product is subject to final inspection before your exchange is processed.
Allow 7-10 business days for an exchange to be processed.
